Due to the changing in the lecithin market, Lasenor has felt forced to move closer to the raw material sources. That was the reason to create the company Emulgrain, a joint-venture between Lasenor, Aceitera Vicentín, Glencore and Molinos Rio de la Plata.

The new lecithin plant is based inside the manufacturing premises of Aceitera Vicentin, in San Lorenzo.

The main activity of the company is the standarization, filtration and hydrolysis of sunflower and GM soy lecithin.

From this plant they supply worldwide.
