Guar gum, also called guaran, is a galactomannan that obtain from guar seeds. It is primarily the ground endosperm of guar beans. It is typically produced as a free-flowing, off-white powder. The guar bean is principally grown in India, Pakistan, US, China, Australia and Africa.
